The other day, we introduced the “Aula EdEm” emotional education workshop to 4th, 5th and 6th graders and it was very surprising and satisfying.
They introduced what emotional education is and what it can do for us. They talked about what happiness is and what its causes are (“happiness is within me and depends on me, regardless of external circumstances”). They also talked about the importance of being aware of what we think and feel in order to feel better. And some concerns came out of the brave ones who dared to talk about their experience.
