AUTHORIZATION FOR THE CASE AND CONTACT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE OF COVID-19 IN EDUCATIONAL CENTERS.
Dear families:
During the last week we distributed on paper to the children of the center the attached authorization where the authorization of the families for the realization of diagnostic tests related to the COVID-19 in case of need is requested.
The aim is not to collapse the village CAPs and facilitate testing within the school.
If any family refuses to sign this document, they should contact the CAP to perform the PCR test if necessary.
We ask that you return the signed authorizations to your children’s teachers as soon as possible.
